My name is Zimmy Khan, and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Energy Healing Practitioner. During the past 10 years I have worked closely with over 1,000 people, and have been lucky enough to witness their transformation into better, higher versions of themselves. 

Having had a challenging childhood myself, I have also worked on my own healing and continue to do so every day, aiming to be a better, happier, more grounded version of myself. And this has brought me a lot of joy and a lot of learnings. 

I have learnt that most of our characters, personalities, beliefs - about ourselves, about life, about people - come from our childhood experiences and the environment we were exposed to while growing up. Scientific research and studies show us this quite conclusively now. That epigenetics affect us and mould us more than genetics do, that nurture is more powerful than nature. 

This is a very empowering concept, because when it comes to raising our younger generation, it shows us we can change things - we can create more positive environments for them to lead healthier, happier lives. This is what we can leave behind for our future generations.

This is what The Love Academy will aim to do. It does take a village to raise a child, and I am so grateful to see this village coming together right here!
